Yes, for the following people:
A- Full members, licensed professionals, and those licensed to perform Zakat and Tax services.
B- SOCPA's full members who are not licensed to practice the profession.
C- Anyone who passed the fellowship exam but does not hold a SOCPA membership.
D. Every professional working in an accounting firm.

For Full Members who are licensed to practice the profession or perform tax and zakat services: 300 points for 3 years.
For non-licensed Full members, and for those who have passed SOCPA's fellowship exam but do not hold a SOCPA membership, and any technical employee that works in an accounting firm: 180 points for 3 years.

No, you can not carry over any extra hours or points to any year.

For non-licensed Full members, and for those who have passed SOCPA's fellowship exam but do not hold a SOCPA membership, and any technical employee that works in an accounting firm: 50 points annually.
