What are the terms of obtaining membership acceptance?

Anyone who meets any of the following conditions shall be accepted for professional registration: -
  •  Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in accounting.
  • Post high school Diploma in accounting.
  • A graduate of one of the faculties of administrative sciences and passed at least 15 academic hours in accounting, however, those who do not complete the above mentioned 15 academic hours are required to:
    • Attend accounting, auditing, Zakat and tax fellowship courses which, all together, are equivalent to nine (9) academic hours. or
    • Complete required hours by passing topics equivalent to (15) hours in accounting or auditing at one of the recognized universities.
  • Holds one of the following professional certificates: -
    Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
                    Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
                    Certified National Accountant (CNA)
                    Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
                    Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K)
                    Chartered Accountant (CA)
                    Chartered Accountant (ACCA)
                    Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)            
    Certified Public Accountant (CPCs)
                    Cost and Management Accountant (CMAs)         
    Diploma in professional accounting (QCF)
                    Chartered accountant (AIPA)
                    Certified financial accountant (PIPFA)    
    Chartered accountant (CIPFA PQ)
                    Professional Diploma in accounting (AAT)
                    Chamber of Chartered Accountants (WPK)
