SOCPA Committee for investigation on violations of CPAs' Regulations provisions held its seventeenth meeting and issued thirteen decisions

SOCPA Committee for investigation on violations of CPAs' Regulations provisions held its seventeenth meeting of the seventh session on Wednesday, 03.07.1436 H corresponding to 22.04.2015 AD. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Tarek Abdullah Al-naeem, undersecretary for domestic trade, with Dr. Tawfik Abdel Mohsen Alkhayal and Mr. Khalaf bin Mohsen Aldubayan , legal adviser at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry as members, and attended by the Secretary of the Committee Adel bin Ibrahim Al-omer, legal adviser. The committee studied the issues covered by the agenda and issued (13) decisions as follow:
(09) decisions ruled by leaving case in file.
(04) decisions ruled by warning against the violator (public accountant).
