SOCPA Committee for investigation on violations of CPAs' Regulations provisions held its sixteenth meeting of the seventh session on Tuesday, 05.05.1436 H corresponding to 24.02.2015 AD. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Tarek Abdullah Al-naeem, undersecretary for domestic trade, with Dr. Tawfik Abdel Mohsen Alkhayal and Mr. Khalaf bin Mohsen Aldubayan , legal adviser at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry as members, and attended by the Secretary of the Committee Adel bin Ibrahim Al-omer, legal adviser. The committee studied the issues covered by the agenda and issued (05) decisions as follow:
(03) decisions ruled by leaving case in file.
(02) decisions ruled by warning against the violator (public accountant).
