Riyadh will host the IFAC Connect Conference, organized by the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA). This gathering will bring together more than 800 experts and professionals from around the world, alongside over 20 international speakers representing leading professional bodies and organizations.

The conference, held under the theme “Leading Transformation and Innovation: Global Priorities, Regional Solutions,” aims to shape the future of the accounting profession amid rapid global shifts such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and growing sustainability requirements.

The program will feature keynote sessions on The Future of Corporate Sustainability Reporting Ecosystem, The Impact of AI and Emerging Technologies on Audit and Assurance, as well as discussions on ethics, governance, and inspiring greater interest in the profession among future generations.
