His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Meghames, CEO of SOCPA, chaired the second meeting of the Regional Partnership for Enhancing Sustainability Reporting in Gulf countries and neighboring Arab countries. The meeting took place during the AIM Congress 2025 in Abu Dhabi, with attendance and participation from representatives of international organizations. The meeting included a review of the most prominent and important experiences and challenges in preparing and auditing sustainability reports, in addition to building human capacities in this field.
Four panel discussions were also held on the sidelines of the meeting, bringing together industry specialists and regional and international regulatory bodies. This international activity reinforces SOCPA's leadership in the regional area in strengthening financial reports and sustainability reports. His Excellency the CEO of SOCPA chairs this regional partnership, and SOCPA is the exclusive translator of international financial standards and sustainability standards in Arabic.
