ACCA exempts SOCPA Fellowship holders from some of its exam courses

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the UK has exempted the holders of SOCPA fellowship from a number of the qualifying courses for its own fellowship following its recognition of SOCPA's fellowship.
These decisions came after the ACCA was made familiar with the rules and procedures for exams, as well as the preparation process of questions and their evaluation. These steps will undoubtably benefit SOCPA fellowship holders and pave the way for them to obtain the ACCA fellowship.

"These decisions are the result of the success and reputation of the SSOCPA Fellowship in the accounting and financial sector. It also reflects the progress of the accounting and auditing profession in the kingdom," said Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-maghams, CEO of SOCPA where he expressed his pleasure at the high recognition of the SOCPA's fellowship at the international level.
These developments are the result of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants pivot towards building bridges of cooperation and partnership with international professional bodies to strengthen and serve the accounting and auditing profession in the Kingdom and enhance the confidence gained by SOCPA fellowship certificate locally and internationally."
