Board of Directors Regulations
The purpose of the Regulations is to define the Board's framework and governance in line with the Regulations. This framework defines the manner in which the Board operates, including its composition, role, responsibilities and delegation of powers, as well as the duties of the Chairman, members and Secretary of the Board.
